ROLE
Product Designer and Functional Analyst + Team of 6 Developers

CHALLENGE
To design the tools, workflows and visual overlays for Transmission Control Room Operators to be able to quickly visualize the current state of the system, act in an emergency and perform study analysis of events.  

RESULT
This comprehensive application is now used by the Operators in the Control Room,  to maintain a constant visual awareness of the health of the entire system and to take proactive action to prevent system damage or failure.
